Harmonic One Communities is a action based entity designed to address challenges within critical elements of local communities using principles of systems thinking. There are many moving elements and parts within a community,but, the critical elements of focus include the following:

Harmonic One focuses on these critical elements similarly to how neurons in the brain work in concert to deliver human thought. Each critical area stated harmonically affect communities and are addressed in a manner that respects the inter-connections among them
WHAT WE DO
Harmonic One Communities uses a multi-layered iterative model employed within a cyclical approach.Characteristics of this approach are as follow:
001 Initial planning phase culminating into action, with cyclic interactions taking place in between to review solution effectiveness. This is known as Plan-Do-Check-Act cycles.

003 Use systems principles to leverage the results from the micro groups to the larger community.
004 Open to suggestions/advice by field experts on how to improve solutions ; structured, well-delivered suggestions/advice are key element of systems thinking.
005 Tools, such as progress charts, gantt charts, , brain storm sessions,milestone meetings and positive encouragement sessions can be planned
